The Offshore Integrity Supervisor (OIS) is responsible for safe, reliable, and efficient supervision of all static equipment integrity activities on the site. The position is offshore based – on a rotational scheme, 28 on, 28 off – at Al Shaheen, approximately 80 km NE of Qatar in the Arabian Gulf.

• Lead a team of up to 15 technicians to support safe delivery of site production.
• Act as a Performing Authority to ensure all integrity related tasks comply with the Permit to Work process and company requirements.
• Prioritise and ensure timely liquidation of all planned and corrective maintenance activities for the integrity team.
• Provide technical input to key stakeholders for campaign and project scopes.
• Ensure safe delivery of core business through active management of integrity activities and core operational activities while integrating campaign and project execution.
• Act as Site Radiation Protection Supervisor; ensure radiography work complies with local legislation and best practice.
• Ensure level 3 supervised rope access and IRATA compliance.
• Perform level 1 API 579 fitness‑for‑service assessments and coordinate detailed assessments.
• Manage and track temporary repairs, review and rectifications, and guide OIM on authorized repairs.
• Provide OIM with analysis and monthly interface with onshore focal points for site integrity meetings.
• Participate in Daily Permit Meetings and enforce compliance with company requirements.
• Support OIM with company policies, standards, and processes for safety and legislative compliance.
• Represent NOC with ethical behavior in stakeholder interactions.
• Promote cost consciousness across stakeholders to embed a strong cost culture.

• Lead and develop a multi‑skilled inspection team; conduct reviews, competency assessments, and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Manage increased contractor presence and activity levels, fostering teamwork and communication with projects, shutdowns, and campaigns.
• Motivate and inspire staff to drive a performance culture and innovative thinking around process safety and production optimisation.
• Audit contractors, assessing technicians against competency matrices.

Bachelors of Science in any Engineering field or equivalent discipline experience.

• Health & Industrial Hygiene
• Basic Cause Tree Analysis
• Basic Firefighting
• Oil Spill Principles and Management Level 1

• Industry specific qualifications such as API 570, 510, ASME/CSWIP/PCN plant inspector.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in O&G production operations.
