Northbourne Advisory is hiring a Senior Consultant with strong experience in Doha's agency landscape. This role is for someone who understands how fast the market moves, how demanding clients can be, and how important clear leadership is in a growing firm. You will take ownership of key programmes, support senior decision makers, and help set the operational rhythm of the team.

You will also play a central role in our growth. You will analyse the market, assess competitor relationships, identify gaps, and contribute to new business direction. If you bring pace, judgement, and the ability to lead from the front, you will fit well here.

Full time, agency side

Pay band:
Senior competitive package (Account Director and above)

• Day to day leadership of strategic communications programmes with clear accountability for delivery
• Direct engagement with senior clients and partners across multiple sectors
• Development of messaging, strategy, campaigns, and advisory materials
• Management of teams and consistent oversight of quality, workflow, and planning
• Market analysis that highlights opportunities and informs commercial decisions
• Assessment of competitor activity and identification of spaces where Northbourne can win
• Active contributions to pitches, proposals, and new business strategy
• Collaboration with senior leadership on systems, standards, and agency development

• 7 to 10 years of experience in a Doha or Gulf agency environment
• Proven ability to manage clients, lead accounts, and guide teams with confidence
• Strong writing, sharp judgement, and the ability to move complex work forward quickly
• Experience contributing to or leading pitch work and commercial discussions
• Operational discipline and a clear understanding of how agencies run
• A steady, focused approach with the ability to raise performance around you
• Energy, ambition, and a desire to help build a growing advisory firm
