Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 10 years in the Gulf region.
- Proven ability and involvement in managing cost-plus mega projects during the past 5 years.
- Preferably Chartered and holding MMUP registration.
- Previous experience working with a Design or Supervision Consultant.
- Ability to respond to ad-hoc or urgent tasks and meet required time frames.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience on Doha projects is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically on Cost Plus construction projects.
