Capital Projects & Construction practice (Manager/Senior Manager), based in Qatar

About the Company & the Role

Our client is a leading Global Business Consulting firm with presence in 70+ countries across multiple domains. We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager-level professional to drive Capital Projects & Construction Advisory engagements across the region. This role blends Client Delivery, Business Development, and Practice leadership.

• End to end delivery of advisory and assurance assignments with regional clients
• Provide expert guidance on project management, cost controls, budgeting, contract administration, QA/QC and overall project performance
• Build strong client relationships; act as their trusted go-to advisor
• Support proposal development and executive-level presentations (CXO, Board, Audit Committees)
• Manage multiple engagements independently while ensuring high-quality delivery
• Grow market presence through networking and industry participation

What We're Looking For

A. MANDATORY (Screening) Requirements:

• 10+ years in Capital Projects Advisory, ideally with Big 4 or top-tier consulting experience
• Qatar regional Experience with a strong local/regional community network and being an active member of trade and professional associations
• Diverse sectors experience: including Rail Transport, Real Estate, Contracting, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas and industrial projects
• Strong regional network and credibility within professional communities
• Strong command of QC/QA, Project controls, Technical Audit (Capital projects), Dispute Resolution, Risk management, Procurement, and Construction delivery
• Arabic Language Proficiency, in addition to English
• Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills

B. HIGHLY PREFERRED (Good to have) Requirements:

• Business Development experience in the desired sectors
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with relevant discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Construction etc.) or Architecture. AND/ OR Master's in Business Administration (Finance, Strategy, Operations, and General Management)
• Exposure to digital project management tools and PMO/BPI initiatives
