Role Overview:

The Supervisor (Mechanical / Multi-Discipline) will be responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site activities across multiple disciplines including mechanical, steel structural, electrical, UPVC, aluminum, painting, carpentry, and welding works. The role requires a technically competent and organized individual who can lead teams, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety standards, and deliver projects on time. The candidate should possess strong mechanical background and be capable of handling multiple trades under pressure while achieving project targets.

• Supervise daily site operations related to mechanical, steel structure, and multi-disciplinary works.
• Coordinate and oversee activities of electrical, UPVC, aluminum, painting, carpentry, and welding teams.
• Ensure all site activities comply with approved drawings, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Manage manpower allocation, work planning, and progress monitoring across various trades.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify quality, measurements, and adherence to technical standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports using Excel, including formulas and macros.
• Ensure proper coordination between project engineers, procurement, and site supervisors.
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to avoid work delays.
• Motivate and lead teams to meet project targets and maintain discipline at site.
• Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.

• Education:
  
  Mechanical or Engineering Higher Diploma / Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in site supervision, preferably in steel structural or multi‑disciplinary construction.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, structural, and finishing works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (reporting, formulas, and macros).
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

• Work Location:
  
  To be recruited from outside the country.
• Nationality:
  Indian / Sri Lankan.
• Working Hours:
  
  08 hours per day.
• Weekly Day Off:
  Friday.
• Target Salary: QAR 2,500 – 3,000.
• Vacation:
  After completing 2 years of service.
• Air Ticket:
  Two‑way air ticket after completing 2 years of service.
