Team Leader
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising contact center teams and ensuring continuous service delivery across all shifts.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts
- Ensure operational coverage for 24/7 contact center services
- Monitor team performance and address operational issues
- Support agents to achieve performance targets
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong people management and communication skills
