Our gym is looking for an experienced and motivated person.
Gym ManagerTo lead daily operations and drive growth in a premium fitness environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily gym operations and ensure high service standards
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and training
- Drive membership sales and retention strategies
- Ensure equipment, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained
- Handle member feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor KPIs, revenue, and operational costs
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Proven experience as a Gym Manager or in fitness club management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales‑driven mindset with customer‑focused attitude
- Knowledge of gym operations, memberships, and fitness services
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Experience in the Qatar fitness market is a plus
