MEP Supervisor

Job Description

• Preparation of necessary reports (condition report, Safety report, and villa move in /out report etc.)
• Respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and ability to meet /discuss with the tenants on some repeated/sensitive issues if needed.
• Arrange for site inspection /patrolling in the common areas to monitor and maintain standard of work and completion schedule.
• Flexibility to work to shift patterns as and when required. To be available 24/7 for any emergency call outs.
• Responsible for the ongoing villas preparation works in order to be handed over on time.
• To check the daily operations by monitoring the service requests and dispatch to the technicians.
• Responsible to the inventory of the stock materials in order to keep a minimum quantity needed for emergency.
• Arrangement of the technicians' overtime /schedule base on site needs.
• To monitor the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) completion on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly etc.
• To supervise the ongoing and completions works of all the contractors onsite.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
• Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.
• Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
• Perform a variety of maintenance activities as needed.
• Develop and maintain a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance when developing job plans.
• Manage, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to the team.
• Regularly check and inspect the material and tools inventory and place order when needed. With Qatar driving license.
