Job Summary:
The Team Head is the one responsible in leading his team towards a common goal and objective. He supervises the operation of his team/s. He is expected to be a motivator and innovator who can unite and lead his/her team to achieve revenue, utilization and efficiency goals set. He together with his team is expected to solve problems, make improvements and act upon information received.
Must share routine information and deal with or delegate tasks to co-member. He/ She must be involved in planning, decision making and controlling. His/ Her tasks in motivating, disciplining and resolving conflict shall ensure good working environment within the team. He/ She shall also take the lead in training and development of his co-members to be able to create more leaders and ensures team’s continuous growth and development.
Ensures Team’s and Member’s compliance to company policies and that erring Associates are disciplined.
Plan, direct and monitor the activities of sales teams in the area to achieve established sales targets. Develop sales plans, activities and campaigns and manage the day to day activities of sales teams in order to implement the organizations overall sales strategy for the area. Regularly analyzes sales performance and come up with pro-active measures and strategies to meet the sales target.
Responsible for coordination, completion, or delegation of all elements relating to the successful sale, including but not limited to product, design services, order entry, acknowledgement verification, order expediting, logistics, installation services, invoicing and collection. Regularly coordinates with corporate accounts associates to ensure target per account are met Develop and streamline business process with existing corporate clients and/ or identify areas of improvement to meet customer requirement and sales target.
Must be able to do the necessary internal and external analysis, sensitivity in how competitors operate, market needs and customer behavior.
Graduate of any 4-year course;
Business Management or other related courses. At least 4 years work experience handling Operations.
