Project Manager, Operations Management, Project & Program Management

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of a large-scale facility while ensuring the successful delivery of contractual obligations, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), particularly Siemens BMS or equivalent platforms, combined with proven project and team management experience.

• Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a large facility.
• Lead the team to ensure efficient execution of the maintenance activities at site.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, client KPIs, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Review technical reports, engineering proposals, maintenance strategies, and system performance analyses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and performance reviews.
• Prepare project reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and statutory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in management roles.
• Proven experience managing large Facilities Management or Maintenance contracts.
• Strong technical knowledge of Siemens BMS or other leading Building Management Systems.
• Experience managing large sites and multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve client KPIs and contractual milestones.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and Building Automation Systems.

Preference will be given to candidates with a strong combination of technical expertise in BMS and project management experience, particularly those with a proven track record of managing large facilities, delivering client KPIs, and leading high-performing teams.
