Project Manager, Project & Program Management, Operations Management

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Experience: Minimum 15+ years of post-qualification experience

Minimum 10+ years’ proven experience as a Project Manager with a contracting company, managing and executing major mixed-use capital projects valued at QAR 100 Million+ of similar scale, quality, and complexity.

Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the Arabian Gulf region

Lead project planning, execution, and progress monitoring.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

Prepare and manage project budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial risks.

Lead project teams, allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and resolve issues.

Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders and provide regular updates.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

Implement quality control measures and manage project risks.

Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular progress reports.

Candidates must meet all the mandatory requirements below.

• Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Should have a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager?
• Should have proven experience with a contracting company in the execution of major mixed-use capital projects valued at QAR 100 Million or more, of comparable scale, quality, and complexity?
• Should have a minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the Arabian Gulf region?
• Should have certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
