HOUSE MANAGER – Female for VIP FAMILY | QATAR We are looking for an experienced House Manager to manage the daily operations of a VIP family’s private residence and supervise household staff.

• Manage and coordinate the daily household operations.
• Supervise and guide nannies, housekeepers, cooks, drivers, and other household staff.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules, duties, and daily task assignments.
• Monitor the cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of the residence.
• Make sure household staff follow proper standards, procedures, and instructions.
• Coordinate with the family regarding daily household requirements and special requests.
• Monitor household supplies, groceries, and other requirements.
• Coordinate with external service providers, maintenance teams, and suppliers when required.
• Handle household issues promptly and report important matters to the family.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a House Manager, Household Supervisor, or similar role.
• Previous experience working for a VIP/private family is preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Trustworthy, discreet, responsible, and professional.
• Asian candidates preferred.
• Stay-in. Immediate joining preferred.
