Job Function Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Performance & Transformation Management to lead enterprise-wide performance management and transformation initiatives within a large, complex organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Enterprise Performance Management
Lead the corporate performance management cycle including target setting, monitoring, business reviews, and executive reporting.
Design and continuously improve enterprise KPI frameworks and departmental scorecards.
Deliver executive-level performance analysis, diagnostics, variance reporting, and root cause assessments.
Transformation Management
Lead and manage a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives.
Develop business cases, financial models, benefit realization plans, and transformation roadmaps.
Establish governance frameworks, stage gates, performance tracking, and value realization mechanisms.
Stakeholder & Change Management
Engage senior leadership and executive stakeholders across the organization.
Support change management, stakeholder communication, and adoption activities.
Manage external consultants and advisory partners supporting transformation programs.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related discipline.
MBA or Master's degree from a leading institution preferred.
15+ years of progressive experience in performance management and transformation
Certifications:
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management or PRINCE2
