Looking for a bold commercially sharp Country Manager to lead and scale our retail presence across Qatar As our in-market lead you ll run the business holding full P L accountability while driving store expansion digital integration and top-tier customer experiences If you know the Middle East retail landscape inside out love building high-performing teams and can deliver high-energy execution on the ground this is your next big move
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the country-specific strategy aligned with Company objectives ensuring measurable outcomes within the first year
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government entities industry leaders and local communities to enhance the company s reputation
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities adapt strategies accordingly and deliver P L growth and profiotability
- Manage train and coach highly diversed Teams across REtail Stores Warehouses and Offices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred for strategic insight.
- Middle East Retail Track Record: 8+ years in retail leadership—managing area operations, brand portfolios, or market expansion—specifically in GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, etc.).with atleast atleast 15-20 Fashion Stores in a matrix reporting environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of managing P&L responsibilities and achieving financial targets in a competitive market.
- Commercial Mindset:
Strong financial fluency with a habit of using data to drive sales, manage margins, and spot new market opportunities. - Mall & Landlord Network:
First‑hand experience negotiating terms with major regional mall operators and real estate group
