Security Training Management Officer
, Hamad International Airport – Doha, Qatar

You will serve as the Security Training Management Officer within the Compliance and Security Audit Department at Hamad International Airport, where you will be responsible for the administrative aspects related to regulatory and non-regulatory training requirements specified by:

• Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) Aviation Security (AVSEC)
• Hamad International Airport Security Department

• Preparing training materials in collaboration with trainers or the direct manager to ensure the availability of necessary documentation.

• Managing and preparing training hall bookings according to the type of course and planned activities.

• Updating training databases and maintaining participant records in accordance with QCAA requirements and other regulatory bodies such as the US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the UK Department for Transport (DFT).

• Preparing reports on training activities and following up on assessment results to ensure compliance with required certifications.

• Coordinating with contractors and participants to resolve inquiries or unforeseen changes to the training schedule.

• Supporting trainers in creating visual aids for training and organizing familiarization tours in different areas of the airport.

• Providing training records during audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Manage storage media (such as disks) to ensure the protection of security information.
