• Supervise and lead body shop technicians, painters, estimators, and support staff.
• Allocate work effectively to maximize productivity and minimize turnaround time.
• Monitor repair quality to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies.
• Review repair estimates and approve repair procedures where required.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers regarding repair approvals and progress.
• Ensure timely ordering and availability of spare parts and materials.
• Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and labor utilization.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and identify training and development needs.
• Prepare operational reports, productivity reports, and monthly performance summaries.
