The National Impact Manager develops and leads HEC Paris, Doha’s local impact strategy, ensuring alignment with the Qatar Foundation priorities and Qatar National Vision 2030. Working across academic, corporate, and public sectors, the role drives initiatives that create measurable societal, educational, and economic value.

The position focuses on maximizing HEC Paris’ contribution within Qatar through strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, knowledge‑sharing, research dissemination, and community initiatives.

Strategy and Planning

• Develop and deliver the National Impact strategy in line with HEC Paris, Doha’s priorities and Qatar’s national priorities.
• Identify strategic opportunities for HEC Paris expertise to contribute to national priorities through education, research and public engagement.
• Define annual impact objectives, KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure outcomes and support continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Qatar, including government, Qatar Foundation, academia, businesses and community organizations.
• Identify and support collaborative initiatives across Qatar Foundation, Education City and the wider local ecosystem that respond to national priorities.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Executive Education, Admissions, Marketing, Communications, Research and Alumni Relations to integrate impact objectives into institutional activities.

Program Development and Delivery

• Design and manage public lectures, executive forums, policy dialogues and knowledge‑sharing events that strengthen HEC Paris, Doha’s contribution to Qatar.
• Develop and deliver research dissemination activities, innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives, and cross‑campus collaborations within Education City.
• Design and coordinate alumni, student and participant engagement activities.
• Support the development of new initiatives that reinforce HEC Paris, Doha’s long‑term commitment to Qatar.

Communications and Visibility
