Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and B2B clients to increase revenue streams. Conduct research and analysis to understand community needs and culture trends using the insights to formulate effective business development strategies. Supervise and support Marketing teams to develop targeted sales plans and promotional campaigns that align with revenue growth objectives. Participate in community events conferences and networking activities to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients partners and key decision-makers.
Take the ownership in developing and implementing community activations strategies with a specific focus on driving revenue and sales. Lead in organizing community events partnerships and activations that directly contribute to increased sales and revenue generation. Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with governmental sectors community organizations and businesses to drive revenue growth. Develop and manage budgets for revenue-focused business development and community activation efforts.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources to maximize return on investment ROI and revenue generation. Prepare reports and presentations on revenue performance activation outcomes and business development progress. Present findings to senior management and provide actionable insights. Set clear revenue targets and key performance indicators KPIs for the business development and community activations initiatives. Track and analyze community activations metrics and revenue performance to measure the success of various strategies.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions optimize approaches and allocate resources effectively to improve revenue outcomes. Lead during audit process implement and monitor corrective actions identified during audit. Oversee the annual departmental budget and expenditures monitor periodically to ensure compliance. Conduct operational review meetings with the team to discuss Task List report on status of existing jobs and projects.
Supervise day-to-day operations and aspects of projects tasks and review the reports on the activities and project outcomes for senior management reference. Manage administrative matters related to staff including leave approvals performance appraisals and professional development motivate guide the employees to excel individually and as a team.

Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economic, finance, or a related field. 8 10 years of relevant full-time work experience, with 5 years at a senior supervisory level in managing large-scale organizations as a manager, project leader, consultant, or equivalent. Experience in strategy development, business plan development, budgeting, and quality management. Ability to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of theory & practice in analysis, concept development, change management, coaching/mentoring, performance control, data assessment, interpretation, and reporting.
Exemplary skills in interpersonal communication, presentation, conflict resolution, customer service, and negotiation. Excellent speaking and writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely;
Arabic proficiency is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
