Hamadis is seeking an experienced and highly organized General Manager to oversee the company’s overall operations from its headquarters, supervise all departments, and ensure efficient business management and compliance with Qatari laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all company departments, including production, branding, accounting, sales, and boutique operations.
• Manage employees, supervise department heads, and monitor performance and productivity.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication across all teams.
• Handle company administration and coordinate with relevant Qatar government authorities regarding licensing, labour matters, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Qatari laws, labour regulations, and government requirements.
• Monitor operational performance, financial reporting, budgets, and business objectives.
• Implement company policies, improve operational efficiency, and support Hamadis’ growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in general management, business operations, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of Qatari laws, labour regulations, government procedures, and business licensing requirements.
• Proven experience supervising multiple departments and managing employees.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Must be based in Qatar or willing to relocate.
