- Own the end-to-end P&L for the Home segment (Fiber and 5G Home Internet) revenue, costs, EBITDA, and customer KPIs.
- Define and execute short-, medium-, and long-term strategies to grow the Home business in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnership models.
- Develop and manage a competitive portfolio of Home services including high-speed Fiber broadband, 5G wireless home internet, voice services, and smart home value-added services.
- Lead strategies (Home + Mobile + Content) to drive customer retention and cross-sell opportunities and increase lifetime value
- Continuously innovate on pricing, packaging, and features to maintain market differentiation.
- Work cross functionally to drive customer acquisition and base management across all relevant channels: retail stores, direct sales teams, telesales, digital, and partners by working closely with Head of Consumer Sales, CXO and CVM
- Set and oversee sales and distribution strategies to maximize coverage, penetration, and conversion rates of Fiber rollout by working closely with Geo Marketing & technology.
- Work with sales channels and sales operations to implement channel-specific performance targets and incentive plans.
- Work with CXO re the full customer journey — from order to installation to service delivery — ensuring best-in-class onboarding and support.
- Lead customer retention strategies through proactive base management, loyalty programs, and experience enhancement.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives to enable self-service, smart troubleshooting, and improved NPS (Net Promoter Score).
- Work with terminals and technology and supply chain to get the best devices at the optimum cost to ensure excellence in our Wi-Fi experience..
- Manage revenue forecasts, pricing strategies, discount management, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Optimize operational efficiency in sales, provisioning, activation, and support processes.
- Ensure tight control over OPEX, marketing spend, and cost-to-acquire and cost-to-serve metrics that impact the P&L
- Work with Geo Marketing & Rollout to ensure the rollout strategy matches the company’s long term Home P&L objectives
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performance Home business team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Rollout, Fulfillment, Network, IT, Customer Care, Finance, and Regulatory teams to deliver Home business goals.
- Represent the Home segment at executive leadership meetings and external forums as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a strong plus).
10+ years of leadership experience in telecommunications, particularly in broadband, fiber, or wireless home services.
Proven success in P&L management with a track record of growing subscriber bases and delivering revenue/profit targets.
Strong background in Geo Marketing, marketing, product development, and customer experience management.
Experience working in the Middle East or similar fast-evolving markets, ideally from a challenger Fiber player
Fibre and 5G Home subscriber acquisition and base growth.
Revenue growth and EBITDA margin achievement.
Churn reduction and customer lifetime value (CLV) improvement.
