We are looking for an experienced Head of Logistics (Infrastructure) to oversee the long-term maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement of building infrastructure, utility systems and office facilities for a major Oil & Gas project in Qatar.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics.
- 10 years’ experience in business related function or discipline, including 6 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 2 years experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/ service/vendor personnel..
- Manage the long-term operation, maintenance and performance of building infrastructure and utility systems.
- Ensure the reliability and availability of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, drainage, water supply and building automation systems.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Conduct facility inspections and condition assessments.
- Identify infrastructure risks and develop mitigation and replacement plans.
- Propose infrastructure upgrades, renovations and capital improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate asset, maintenance and technical records.
- Ensure infrastructure operations comply with applicable regulations, standards and company requirements.
- Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
