UCC Holding is looking for an accomplished Senior Commercial Director to lead our commercial operations and drive business growth across the dairy and juice sectors.
This strategic leadership role will oversee Sales, Marketing, and Fleet Operations, with a strong focus on revenue growth, market expansion, profitability, product innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Drive sales and marketing performance, product development, pricing strategies, and brand growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Oversee fleet and distribution operations to ensure efficiency, cost optimization, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and R&D to optimize commercial performance and introduce innovative products.
- Lead commercial budgeting, KPI monitoring, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Build and lead high-performing teams across Sales, Marketing, and Fleet Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 20 years of professional experience, including at least 15 years in relevant management or leadership roles.
- GCC experience is an advantage, ideally with exposure to the dairy, juice, or FMCG industry.
- Strong expertise in commercial strategy, sales and marketing leadership, distribution, fleet management, and financial performance.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and business development capabilities.
