Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Officer/Specialist to oversee day-to-day operations within a textile manufacturing environment. The role focuses on driving production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, controlling operational costs, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily textile manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient production
• Monitor production planning, workflow, and capacity utilization
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, procurement, and logistics teams
• Monitor operational costs and implement cost-control initiatives
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure timely order execution and on-time delivery commitments
• Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, and efficiency
• Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management
• Support management in strategic operational planning and execution

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in operations or production management
• Strong exposure to textile manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes
• Excellent operational planning and execution skills
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
