The Lamination Operator is responsible for operating lamination machines to apply protective or functional layers on polypropylene (PP) woven fabrics used in bags and FIBC products. The operator ensures smooth lamination, high-quality output, and adherence to production schedules.

• Operate lamination machines to apply coatings or laminates on PP woven fabrics as per specifications.
• Set up machines, adjust temperature, pressure, speed, and other parameters to ensure uniform lamination.
• Monitor the lamination process to maintain quality, prevent defects, and minimize material waste.
• Inspect laminated fabrics for defects such as bubbles, wrinkles, uneven coating, or adhesion issues.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting of lamination machines.
• Record production details, including output, machine settings, and material usage.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to meet daily targets and ensure product compliance.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies when handling machines, adhesives, or chemical coatings.
• Report major machine issues or lamination defects to the maintenance team for resolution.

• Proven experience as a Lamination Operator in PP woven bag or FIBC manufacturing or similar industries.
• Knowledge of lamination processes, machines, and materials used in industrial fabrics.
• Ability to monitor and adjust machine parameters for consistent quality output.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect defects in laminated fabrics.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Awareness of safety standards in industrial lamination operations.

• Experience with different types of laminates, coatings, and adhesives for PP woven fabrics.
• Familiarity with quality control parameters for laminated products.
• Experience in high-speed lamination lines.

• Ability to stand for long periods and operate lamination machinery continuously.
• Ability to handle rolls of PP woven fabric safely.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and chemical coatings.
