Job Summary:The Lofil Printing Operator is responsible for operating Lofil printing machines to print logos, labels, or designs on polypropylene (PP) woven fabrics and FIBC products. The operator ensures accurate printing, high-quality output, and minimal waste during the production process.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate Lofil printing machines for PP woven bags and FIBC products according to production schedules.
- Set up printing machines, including alignment, ink preparation, and pattern adjustment, to ensure accurate printing.
- Monitor the printing process to maintain consistent quality, color accuracy, and registration.
- Inspect printed materials for defects such as smudging, misalignment, or uneven ink application.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of printing machines.
- Record production details, including output quantity, machine performance, and material usage.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and quality control teams to meet daily targets and standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and safe handling of printing inks and chemicals.
- Report major machine issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team for timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lofil Printing Operator or similar role in PP woven bag/FIBC manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lofil printing machines, inks, and printing techniques.
- Ability to read technical instructions and production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent printing quality.
- Hands‑on experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with different types of inks and printing on PP woven fabrics.
- Knowledge of quality control parameters for printed fabrics and FIBC products.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards related to printing operations.
- Ability to stand for long periods and operate printing machinery continuously.
- Ability to handle rolls of PP woven fabric or printed materials safely.
- Ability to work in industrial environments with exposure to inks, noise, and machinery.
