Electrical Workshop Technician

Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time

• Receive, inspect, and diagnose faults in a wide range of electrical equipment brought into the workshop (e.g., power tools, control panels, test equipment).
• Use schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes) to troubleshoot to the component level.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as relays, contractors, switches, capacitors, and PCB assemblies.
• Perform skilled tasks including soldering, wiring, and assembling electrical components and enclosures.
• Calibrate instruments and equipment to ensure they meet the original manufacturer's specifications.
• Conduct rigorous safety and performance tests on all repaired items before release.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections, repairs, parts used, and test results.
• Manage workshop inventory, order necessary spare parts, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Fabricate and wire custom control panels or modify equipment as per engineering drawings.
