Supervisor-Steel Fitter

Supervise and coordinate steel fitting and fabrication activities at site or workshop.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings, isometrics, and specifications to guide fitting work.
Allocate manpower, plan daily work activities, and monitor productivity and quality.
Ensure all steel fitting works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with welding, QA/QC, and site engineering teams to ensure smooth execution.
RequirementsDiploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in steel fitting and fabrication, including supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of structural steel fitting, alignment, measurement, and fabrication practices.
Ability to manage teams, enforce safety compliance, and meet project deadlines.
