• Complete assigned mechanical workshop tasks using technical documentation and work instructions
• Operate maintenance tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform inspections, repairs, and part replacements according to aviation standards
• Maintain workshop quality and safety standards in compliance with QCAA/EASA Part-145
• Follow standard procedures and meet productivity expectations
• Participate in identifying safety risks and support preventive actions
• Maintain tools and equipment and report malfunctions promptly
• Support team performance and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Handle general maintenance and workshop duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or Vocational Qualification with at least 3 years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of job‑related experience
• Practical knowledge of aircraft systems and workshop operations
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and work instructions
• Capable of using diagnostic tools and workshop machinery
• Strong English communication skills
• Able to work independently under normal supervision

• Basic ICAO Type II License or trade‑related certificates
• One or more years of experience in a certified airline workshop
• Recognized technical training in aviation maintenance
• Able to work under pressure and meet time‑sensitive targets
• Strong team collaboration and safety‑focused mindset
