We are hiring skilled Bakers and Assistant Bakers for reputed bakeries and food production units in Dubai and Qatar. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake items such as bread, cakes, pastries, buns, and desserts.
- Assist in dough preparation: mixing, proofing, and baking processes.
- Follow standard recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Decorate cakes and pastries for Baker role.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area.
- Operate baking equipment like ovens, mixers, and proffers.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and raw materials.
- Ensure proper storage of bakery products and ingredients.
10th Pass / Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery (preferred)
Experience- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of baking techniques.
- Experience in bakery or pastry production.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Creativity in presentation (for experienced bakers).
- Gulf experience preferred (not mandatory).
