- Lead and manage the hygiene department to maintain high sanitation and food safety standards across catering facilities
- Ensure continuous cleanliness and safe operational conditions using advanced cleaning machinery and trained personnel
- Supervise supply and distribution of approved protective clothing, cleaning chemicals, and sanitized kitchen equipment
- Develop and implement hygiene manuals and structured training modules aligned with aviation food safety standards
- Coordinate pest control activities with external contractors to maintain strict compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of cleaning material stock levels and monthly inventory records
- Liaise with Maintenance teams to address facility issues such as equipment malfunctions, water leakage, and structural damage
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for cleaning machinery including scrubbers, pressure jets, and industrial equipment
- Organize staff training on safe machinery operations, chemical handling, MSDS awareness, and risk assessments
- Monitor adherence to safety protocols including fire safety and first aid compliance
- Dispose of irreparable machinery according to asset disposal policies and coordinate replacement procurement
- High School Diploma with minimum 4 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards within catering or aviation environments
- Experience handling industrial cleaning chemicals and specialized production machinery
- Trained in fire safety and first aid procedures
- Strong problem‑solving and operational coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage and train diverse cleaning teams in high‑pressure environments
- Fluent in spoken and written English
