Printing Industry - Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain UV printers, eco‑solvent printers, and dye sublimation printers.
• Manage print production processes and ensure high‑quality output.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve minor machine issues.
• Work with RIP software, particularly SAi PhotoPRINT.
• Assist in operating and maintaining laser machines and CNC machines.
• Monitor color accuracy and maintain color management standards.
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely production delivery.

• Hands‑on experience with UV, eco‑solvent, and dye sublimation printing machines.
• Proficiency in SAi PhotoPRINT RIP software.
• Basic understanding of ONYX RIP software.
• Familiarity with print heads (Konica 1024A/1024I, Epson I3200/I1600).
• Knowledge of print production workflow and color management.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine‑related issues.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in a commercial printing environment.
• Proven experience operating and troubleshooting specific printing press types (e.g., Heidelberg, Komori, Xerox).
• Relevant certifications in printing equipment operation or maintenance are a strong asset.
