Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
- Minimum qualification:
10th Pass / High School - 2–3 years of experience as Technical Helper in Rolling Mill / Steel Industry / Heavy Industrial environment
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English (Mandatory)
- Physically fit and able to work in high-temperature industrial plant conditions
- Basic understanding of steel production and rolling mill operations
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage in industrial sites
- Immediate availability preferred

Requirements- Assist operators and technicians in rolling mill operations
- Support in handling raw materials, billets, rods, and steel products
- Perform material movement, loading, unloading, and stacking activities
- Assist in machine setup, basic adjustment, and operational support
- Carry out housekeeping and cleaning of work area and machinery
- Support in gas cutting, slinging, hammering, and material preparation tasks
- Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and HSE standards
- Report any equipment faults, hazards, or abnormalities to supervisors
- Assist in maintenance support activities during shutdown or breakdowns
- Coordinate with team members for smooth production flow in rolling operations
