We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our department, while ensuring that all activities meet company standards. The salary offered is 1300. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.

• Supervise staff members and ensure that they are meeting their targets
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback where needed
• Create a safe and productive work environment
• Provide guidance and support to team members

• Address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
