Key Responsibilities- Supervising staff

- Providing training
- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Ensuring that the quality standards are met
- Ensuring the safety of our staff and premises
- Leading the team in achieving production targets
- Developing new ideas for improving efficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Being organized and having an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and perform well when multitasking
- Previous experience in a supervisory role would be advantageous but not essential
