Own preventive and corrective maintenance performance for all systems within the Operations Centre discipline.
- Lead subject-matter experts and ensure adequate certified technical coverage.
- Manage technical competency assessments and sign-off within the team.
- Review and approve method statements, SOPs, and preventive-maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical input to the Change Advisory Board for proposed changes affecting Operations Centre systems.
- Ensure operational availability, SLA performance, maintenance completion, and reduction of repeat incidents.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with relevant systems in a large enterprise or airport environment.
- Certifications relevant to Desktop Support, AV/Video-Wall Systems, and Server/Application systems.
- Strong technical understanding of desktop, AV/video-wall, server, and application environments. Strong OEM/vendor relationship and escalation-management skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and technical decision-making capability.
