We're seeking a talented Social Media Executive to manage our clients' online presence, manage meta ads, and enhance brand awareness.

As a Social Media Executive, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Manage the day-to-day posting of content in our clients' accounts.
• Crafting and executing dynamic social media content ideas.
• Create captions and copywriting for social media contents.
• Generating compelling content across various platforms to amplify brand messaging and engagement.
• Monitoring social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand and engaging with our audience in a timely manner.
• Building and maintaining a strong online community by fostering meaningful interactions, responding to comments and messages, and addressing client’s inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborating closely with the creative team to align social media strategies.
• Analyzing and reporting on the performance of social media campaigns using relevant metrics and tools, and leveraging insights to optimize future strategies.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and recommending innovative approaches.
• Meeting the clients every month for Social Media updates, in Brill office and as well as at clients' preferred locations.
• Meeting future clients with the Sales team in relation to sales support, when required only.
• Meeting upcoming clients to gather information required for the onboarding process.
• Creating monthly reports using pre-designed templates for social media.
• Creating and capturing Stories for monthly social media content.
• Supporting collaborative modeling for content creation.
• Working with the team on the company’s social media account.
• Collaborative attitude required to work with a dynamic team.
• The role is not strictly 8-5; a positive work ethic is essential for a Social Media Executive.

Qualifications:

• Common sense is a must.
• Teamwork and someone who doesn't demand an 8-5 job (It's a creative industry; dedication and energy are essential).
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (Arabic is an added advantage).
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends will be a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a creative and strategic mindset.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
