Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with hands‑on experience in Property Finder and other real estate portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, managing online property listings, and generating qualified leads that support the sales team.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote properties across digital and offline channels.
• Create, manage, and optimize property listings on Property Finder and other platforms.
• Monitor and analyze listing performance, ensuring maximum visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand property features and create compelling marketing content.
• Handle social media marketing, email campaigns, and website updates to drive brand awareness.
• Coordinate with and support marketing assistant in photography, videography, and advertising.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, lead conversion, and ROI.
• Support events, exhibitions, and open house activities to enhance brand presence.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive in the real estate industry.
• Strong expertise in using Property Finder (mandatory).
• Familiarity with CRM like Monday.
• Knowledge of other real estate portals and social media advertising.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Analytics).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
