Job Purpose:

Support the Brand Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring brand strategies and marketing campaigns for beauty and cosmetic products, aiming to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, engage target audiences, and ensure consistent, appealing brand messaging across all the doors.

• Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans specific to beauty and cosmetic products.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and in-store.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Help manage product launches, promotional events, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor brand performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, creative, digital) and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
• Assist in creating and maintaining marketing materials, product packaging guidelines, and brand assets.
• Manage administrative tasks related to brand operations and activities, including invoices, and approvals.
