Role Description We are seeking a full-time Social Media Ads Manager to join our team on-site in Doha, Qatar. The role involves the creation, management, and optimization of social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve client objectives. Responsibilities will include overseeing campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and developing reports. The manager will collaborate with content creators and strategists to design and implement impactful advertising strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends.

Qualifications Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques Strong skills in Communication and Writing to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with clients and team members Experience developing and implementing Content Strategies tailored to target audiences Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and data-driven decision-making Familiarity with paid advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant tools Ability to adapt to emerging industry trends and innovate in a fast-paced work environment Experience with graphic design or visual content creation is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field is preferred
