Real estate marketing manager

Our Client is seeking a motivated and experienced local Real Estate Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Real Estate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our real estate properties and attract potential buyers or tenants. You will work closely with the sales team, advertising agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective marketing initiatives that drive sales and generate leads.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote real estate properties.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
• Create and manage advertising and promotional materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and online listings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales support materials and ensure effective communication of property features and benefits.
• Organize and participate in property showcase events and open houses.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in real estate marketing.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and marketing trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM software.
