Role Description
We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the development, execution, and optimization of our marketing and communication efforts.
The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and bring brand initiatives to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed marketing strategies and annual plans with clear KPIs and performance targets aligned with company objectives.
- Lead PR and communication efforts, maintaining consistent messaging and strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Manage 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, radio, and event platforms—from concept development to execution and performance reporting.
- Design and implement events and brand activations that enhance engagement, brand visibility, and audience interaction.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, content calendars, and influencer programs to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards to showcase campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales, product, operations, design) ensure unified messaging and maximize marketing impact.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or brand strategy, ideally in a consultancy or multi-brand environment.
- Strong background in marketing strategy development, PR, campaigns, events, and activations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute brand positioning plans with measurable targets.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and content creation skills (PPT, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).
- Proficiency in key digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management systems.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Experience in managing agencies, vendors, and external partners is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Strong leadership capabilities and effective stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Collaborative team player who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
