Description

Communication Strategy – develop and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with organizational goals. Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms. Lead crisis communication efforts and prepare official statements when needed.

Digital Media Management – oversee all digital channels including website, social media, newsletters, and digital campaigns. Manage content calendars, publish high-performing digital content, and optimize online presence. Monitor digital trends and recommend innovations to improve engagement and reach.

Content Creation & Storytelling – produce or supervise the creation of written, visual, and multimedia content. Ensure content aligns with brand identity and communication standards. Develop key messages, press releases, speeches, and corporate materials.

Social Media Management – plan and execute social media strategies for brand growth and audience engagement. Track performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports. Oversee community management and influencer engagement when applicable.

Media Relations – build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, journalists, and agencies. Coordinate media coverage, press conferences, interviews, and events. Draft press releases and manage media inquiries.

Campaign & Project Management – lead digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, events, and leadership.
