Northbourne Advisory is looking for an entry‑level Arabic‑speaking Associate to join our growing team in Doha.
This entry‑level position is designed for a motivated communicator who wants to learn the craft of strategic communications and build a meaningful career with one of the region's most dynamic advisory firms.
You will support consultants advising leading organisations on how to shape narratives, manage reputation, and influence audiences across the Middle East and beyond. From research and content development to campaign delivery, this role offers hands‑on experience, direct mentorship, and a clear pathway for professional growth.
Pay band: QAR 9,000–12,000 per month depending on experience
Role type:
Full‑time
- Support project delivery and coordination across client accounts
- Draft and edit written materials, including reports, media content, and briefing notes
- Conduct research to inform strategy, messaging, and campaign planning
- Analyse data, review reports and generate actionable insights for our consulting team
- Prepare and participate in client meetings, brainstorms, and team reviews
- Assist with monitoring, media analysis, and internal documentation
- Learn from consultants and senior executives while developing your professional skillset
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Some experience in communications, PR, or related fields (internships or agency work a plus) and a strong willingness to learn
- Curiosity about current affairs, media, and how ideas shape perception. If you are a news junkie that’s a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and organisational skills with attention to detail
- A collaborative attitude and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment where responsiveness is key
- Ambition to grow into a client‑facing consultant role over time
