Job Description
We are hiring for a Communications Specialist.
Responsibilities- The role also involves sourcing strategic media opportunities while ensuring all released information aligns with the corporate strategy.
- Collaborate with management to create effective communication strategies aligned with company goals and target audiences.
- Incorporate media outreach and social media content creation.
- Write, edit, and distribute content such as publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing materials.
- Manage editorial assignments and content calendars to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews, and act as the primary communications/media contact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and key external stakeholders to ensure optimal media coverage.
- Maintain and update a media database.
- Oversee the distribution of content through internal and external channels, including social media.
- Work with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas supporting company strategy and brand initiatives.
- Support and evaluate communication campaign results.
- Proofread and edit all content before publishing to ensure accuracy, high quality, and error-free copy.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, and media-related work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and communication tools.
- Experience in content writing for various media platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

10,000.00 per month
