Marketing Coordinator Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital + traditional)
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling
- Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events
- Track and analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
- Collaborate with culinary, operations, and design teams to maintain brand consistency
- Assist with photoshoots, menu updates, and product launches
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- Support email marketing, website updates, and loyalty program campaigns
Qualifications
- Marketing experience in Food & Beverage
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.) is an asset
- Passion for food, hospitality, and customer experience
