Description

A leading technology company in Qatar is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to drive our digital growth, brand presence, and multi‑country marketing operations across the GCC and MENA region. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing expert, with deep expertise in SEO, performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics, alongside strong leadership capabilities.

Key Requirements (Mandatory)
  • 10+ years of proven marketing experience with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in managing large teams (12+ people) across multiple functions.
  • Experience overseeing multi‑country marketing operations (Qatar Must, GCC/MENA preferred).
  • Demonstrated success scaling brands in tech, mobile apps, marketplaces, or digital platforms.
  • Exceptional bilingual capability (Arabic & English)—must be able to create, review, and approve content in both languages.
  • Experience producing high‑quality digital content, scripts, campaigns, and brand messaging.
  • Expert‑level knowledge of SEO strategy, keyword planning, on‑page optimization, technical SEO, backlinks, and SEO analytics tools.
  • Strong command of performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, programmatic).
  • Deep understanding of CRM funnels, retargeting, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Comfortable analyzing data using Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.
  • Experience planning and executing integrated multi‑channel campaigns (social, digital, influencers, outdoor, partnerships).
  • Strategic abilities: build long‑term brand strategies, positioning, and communication frameworks.
  • Strong budgeting skills: planning, tracking, and optimizing ROI across countries.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, creative teams and media partners.
Role Responsibilities
  • Lead the full marketing function across Qatar, GCC, and other expansion markets.
  • Develop high‑impact SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and traffic.
  • Oversee digital advertising campaigns, performance optimisation, and analytics.
  • Manage end‑to‑end content production in Arabic & English, ensuring consistency and tone.
  • Drive brand growth, user acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Manage and mentor a cross‑functional team of 12+ marketers, ensuring performance excellence.
  • Collaborate with product, sales and leadership teams to align marketing strategy with business goals.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Lead agency relationships and negotiate media deals across multiple countries.
