Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Doha, Qatar. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and aligning the agency's deliverables with their goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include devising and executing strategic campaigns, coordinating between internal teams including creative and production, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

The Account Manager will also handle client communications, identify opportunities for growth, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on maintaining excellent communication and trust
  • Experience in project management, including budget management, organizational skills, and on-time delivery
  • Solid understanding of creative processes such as brand strategy, content development, and production coordination
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, campaign planning, and social media strategy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, project management software, and related applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a relevant field preferred
  • Prior experience in an agency or creative communication environment is an advantage
