Digital Engagement & Media Strategy for a leading automotive organization in Doha, Qatar. The role works with the marketing team and collaborates with internal departments to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.

• Craft and execute customer engagement strategies on all digital and social media platforms to enhance the customer journey.
• Manage media planning and buying, ensuring strategic placement and timing that aligns with engagement goals.
• Oversee community management actively to have brand-positive communities and engage directly with customers to build relationships and gather insights.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory (Arabic: Native; English: Professional) — verbal and written.
• Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, or a similar role, preferably in a marketing agency.
• Proficiency in graphic design software is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
• Experience in media planning, buying, and community management.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategies.
• Experience with marketing/social media agency is a must.
