We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our client's 5-star Hotel in Doha, Qatar,and lead the marketing efforts that define our brand.

Position Overview:As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and elevating our brand's presence. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership will contribute to our continued success as a luxury hotel destination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services, amenities, and special offerings.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve objectives.
• Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue through effective campaigns and promotions.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, and online advertising.
• Manage public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and influencer partnerships.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, optimizing strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
