Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Doha for a Marketing Persona & Customer Insights Specialist. The individual will be responsible for creating detailed customer personas by conducting in-depth market research and analyzing customer behavior. They will work on developing marketing strategies and providing insights that help in driving sales, improving customer service experiences, and aligning marketing campaigns with customer needs.
The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive customer engagement strategies.
- Strong skills in Market Research and Communication
- Proficiency in developing Marketing Strategy and coordinating with teams
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service processes
- Data analysis and critical thinking abilities
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of social media and website management
- Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and CRM software is a plus
